Words like "AI" and "DX" have many meanings and interpretations. For example, "AI" can refer to "an air conditioner that can automatically adjust the temperature," "a cleaning robot," or "self-driving cars," but it is easy to imagine that the levels and implications of each are different. So, what about "DX"?
